As of right now with everyone on the blog and through emails we have 10 people signed up. If there is anyone else interested in joining I need to know by 3pm TODAY!
Details are in, here's what you need to know:
- Luisa will be doing our dosing on Saturday June 2nd (this Saturday) at 9am at Apex immediately following the 8am group class.
- She needs a $175 deposit for supplements by tomorrow from everyone so the supplements can be here for Saturday. (this check can be made payable to CrossFit Apex) **Please email me if you will not be in by tomorrow to bring the check**
- On Saturday you will need $20 to be "dosed" on supplements as well as your remaining supplement balance (check).
- BONUS: part of the supplements is Tuna Omega Oil (not fishy, it's capsules, no need to worry) and because we have 10 people we qualify for a FREE bottle each! Yay!
