This Apex Strength will be adults only.
Apex Strength will be held on Mon., Wed. at 7pm and Friday at 6pm. Coach Kutty wants you! He is looking to pump you up! While improving your technique in the Front/Back Squat, Deadlift, Press/Jerk and the Bench Press.

How does someone not know lazy town?!
I love Lazy town! It is concerning to me that Dan you know who/what Lazy town is. Just how young are you?????.....I feel very old right now.
