Thank you Bussom and Apex for the nice post. I am so lucky to have such a great group of trainers and athletes to work with. My Souderton PE dept is very supportive as well as the administration and I am so grateful for that. As for my students at Souderton I could not ask for a better bunch of runts to scream and holler at on a regular basis. Looking forward to a great summer at Apex with all the veteran apexer's as well as our new crossfitters joining the scene.

Congratulations Josh! I couldn't be more proud of you. You deserve it! I know how passionate you are about teaching and helping everyone you meet move and live better. You are a great teacher and role model and you don't know how to give less than 110% when it comes to teaching fitness (cleaning, now that's a different story :) Your students are so lucky to have you as a teacher, and you have impacted so many lives, more than just the ones who tell you. You teach discipline and integrity as well as how to live better. AJ is so lucky to have you for a daddy and I couldn't be more proud to have you as my husband!
