Injury Prevention Seminar: The Upper Extremity
Presented By: Clayton Cartwright DPT, ATC
Are you looking to gain more insight on how the body works?  Why injuries occur?  How to prevent those injuries?  Come to Apex July 28th for the morning 8am group WOD and stay afterwards for an injury prevention presentation by Clayton.  Presentation should start around 9:30am-9:45am. Clayton has been working for over 4 years as a physical therapist in an orthopedic setting, and looking to share his knowledge with you.  Topics will include basic anatomy, biomechanics, common injuries, and exercises to help prevent those injuries.  This presentation is meant to be informal and geared towards CrossFitters, so bring your questions.

Thanks again to Josh and Tanya for allowing me to speak today after the WOD, and for those of you who took time out of your schedules to stay. I will work on getting handouts and possibly some videos together for the exercises I went over today.
