CrossFit Apex would like to make this an annual event. Lets show what CrossFit is all about. No training for Tri's we just use CrossFit and a lil bit of swimming on the side:) Next year we will hold sign ups at Apex months in advance and put together a nice weekend away withs a night out dinner, the AC triathlon and tons of hang out fun in Atlantic City.
