APPAREL CHANGES- Please Read Below!
The Following Changes have been made to the apparel, please note:
1. Men's Burnout shirts are $20 (not $17 as printed). There are 3 additional colors to choose from for the Men's burnout shirts: Athletic Blue, Green, and Red
2. Women's Hangout Hoody full zips are sold out of size Large for the "pool and fuscia" listed. There is an additional color of yellow available in all sizes.
These changes are available on this "additional items" form which you can print or pick up at Apex.
Hats and Socks are now ready for order!
The accessory form for hats, beanies and socks are found below. We have a minimum order for these items, so we will be collecting the checks and order forms separately for these items only. There is a description of the hats and socks on the order form.

New Apex Apparel is here Men's, Women's and Kid's. Below you will find the order form needed to place your order. Checks Only, no cash. Please staple your check to your order forms. All orders are due by Nov. 30th. This will allow for items to be delivered before Christmas.
Samples will be available at Apex to check your sizes, next week.
*Notice there is a $2.00 up charge for size 2xl. If anyone who needs a 3xl please contact me (Jen) directly. (jena@svsports.com) There will be a $5.00 up charge 3xl.
