Friday Nov 23- 8:30am group class, 10am Juniors class
In the spirit of Thanksgiving and the upcoming Christmas Season we have multiple opportunities for our Apex Family to give back to our community and folks in need. Join us in the first opportunity on Saturday Dec 1st at the Tannersville Reebok Outlet store for a fundraiser wod in honor of a 6yr old little boy from Stroudsburg who was just diagnosed with Lukemia. He has an amazing attitude and we are so happy to join in the fight with him.

CrossFit Apex along with CrossFit Advanced will be running the "AWESOME" wod.
Christmas Party / Polyanna at Apex

Festivities will include dinner, gift exchange/white elephant CrossFit Style, alot of socializing and Fun. Parents, line up your sitters now and get ready for an evening out, adults only. (For all group class members) Significant others welcome as well.

Super excited for the Apex Christmas party! Our sitter has been booked and I started thinking about getting a cute party dress...until my husband told me this "white elephant" would involve physical activity?! C'mon Apex, don't we deserve a night off?! ;-) I guess I can always wear spandex under my dress...
