Event 1b
Immediately following the 8 minute AMRAP athletes will have 2 minutes to complete max consecutive reps of overhead squats with 165/105. Athletes may snatch the bar overhead or clean and jerk bar to their back then get the bar into the overhead position. The overhead squat must begin with control of the bar overhead and athlete standing at full extension. Athletes may squat snatch to get the bar overhead, however the squat snatch does not count as 1 rep toward their overhead squats. Athletes will have one attempt to squat. Once an athlete has made their first attempt to squat the bar may not come down from overhead or their overhead squats are finished. If an athlete gets the bar overhead and decides they do not like their positioning they may drop the bar or reset the bar to their back if they have not attempted an overhead squat.

7 push press 95/65
7 box jumps 24/20 (must stand at full extension prior to jumping or stepping down from box)
7 bar dips *women will complete 5 bar dips
