You know what I love about crossfit, is that it's different everyday. Sure you have fundmental movements but I love waking up everyday wondering what I am going to be doing in today's WOD. The best part is, you can turn just about anything into a workout and you are surrounded by people just as crazy as you are who are willing to do it. The jump rope video is a good example of what you get when you put a bunch of them together, you never know what you are going to get.
