The muscle-up is a skill that is essentially a pull-up followed by a dip. It is used to take yourself from below a sets of rings or bar to above a set of rings or bar. Many can do a pull-up, and many can do a dip, but transitioning between the two takes a certain level of strength and coordination.Join Coach Clayton and Bussom who will supply you with skills and drills to help you reach that ultimate goal of flying high above the rings while letting out your loudest scream of joy!
Date- April 20th
Time- 9:00-10:30
Cost- $10
*To attend the class you must be able to complete 3 pull ups and 3 dips.
