Join our celebration for Vic, Katy and Elizabeth on their send off to Alaska. We wish them lots of luck on the new adventure. We have so many fond memories of Vic training, woding and party at Apex. The entire Apex family will miss you so much.
We are all going to bring something to share for a potluck lunch.

For Murph, can it be broken down into rounds? ie: 10 rounds of 10-20-30? or do you have to do 100-200-300?
