SUMMER IS HERE
The LAST CrossFit Apex Kids class of this current session will run this Friday June 21st from 4:45-5:30pm. This is a make up class from the missed class 2 weeks ago.
Next CrossFit Apex Kids Session starts June 24th - August 19th (No class on July 8th) This will take place on Monday's 4-4:45pm.
This Saturday June 22nd is the RUMBLE- In House CrossFit Apex Competition. First wod will start at 9am. It's not too late to sign up. The first wod has been posted. Check Facebook or the Apex Daily Wod page.
Saturday's starting July 13th group class will be at 9am through the summer.
Thursday 6am class may be evolving with enough interest. We would like atleast 5 participants in attendance for class to run. Stay tuned. We have 1 need 4 more.
