COMPETITION TEAM
We are looking to officially start back up with Competition Team training sessions in August.
Please email (crossfitapex@yahoo.com) if you are interested in being part of our competition team classes in hopes of being part of Team Apex for the 2014 Games Season.
We will have a meeting Aug. 3rd to discuss changes and plans for the upcoming season.
There will be pre-requisites for this class, and we'd be happy to answer any questions if you're wondering if this class is right for you!
