If you can't make it up for the event but want to donate towards it. How should you go about that?

Thanks!

Looking forward to the event! Two questions... run outside, other work inside? And how high are your pullup bars?

Is the event restricted to people that have done the 5 intro sessions, or could someone come who is relatively new to crossfit or is a garage-gym crossfitter? Just want to know who I can tell about the event!

Caitlin,

Run will be outside unless weather is really bad. It may snow on Sat, but as long as we are able to get traction on the ground we will run outside. Dress warm. Pull Up bars are low enough that you can do jumping pull ups if needed. We can always build you a platform out of plates if you need a booster. See you on Saturday.

Ross,

We have waivers for folks to sign who have not been through an on-ramp. We will also watch the athlete move prior to the WOD and make a judgement call on the ROM and scaling as needed.
....break.....
Tanya,
any further guidance on this question?
