Adapting the Fight Gone Bad classic set-up of 60 sec. of work for each movement with a single 60 sec. of rest. Score yourself by your total number of all movements. We're going to use the movements from 'Tabata Something Else" and do:
4 rounds with 60 seconds each of:
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Air Squats
Rest
You can extend that last rest period on the 4th set. So does this make the workout "Fight Something Else" or "Something Else Gone Bad"?

If you guys make it in today, then feel free to break out with something else. Today starts a 3 day gymnastic cycle so pick a workout that will emphasize that.
