How do you strain your lats while doing deadlifts? Anyone. I would find a way.

Max lifts always take us forever to complete. I was shocked at how difficult the overhead press was.

My shoulders are sore! Not so much in the back or lats.
I will be doing the WOD today after school, anyone inerested? 115lbs Thrusters and rope climbs!

Mike, you could strain your lats from holing the bar, because one of their primary functions is to retract the scapula
