3-24-08 "The Bear"

Here is todays Weight workout. If you do not have a bar you can complete with dumbells. Other alternative is to go for a 5k run.
5 rounds of 7 sets:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

Rest 3 min in between each set.
Post weight used each round.
(Josh's last round using 165lbs PR)

The bar looks GREAT fellas! That slosh pipe is trickier than it looks, it's a lat burner that's for sure!

Did the bear today, PR 125 for my last round...it was ugly but I finished! My shoulders are done for a little while but it was a good day for the weights! Gotta burn off some of the Easter Reeses PB Eggs ...they aren't "zone friendly"

Pull up bars and shed are ready to go. Sat at Valley we will work out with all the trainers and prepare for business. We can put the shed together and fill it will the goods.

1-95lb, 2-115lb,3-125lb,4-125lb,5-125lb. They where tough from back squats to pp last two rds.
