Fairfax is a 3 round relay. It can be completed individually as well.
Reps of 30,20,10
3 rounds for time:
400m run
Wallball
Bodybuilders
Front squats (45lbs)
Snatches (95/75)
If completing as a group, participants start at different stations. You can not move to the next station until every member of the group has completed their number of reps at that station.

We completed this workout as individuals this AM instead of a team challenge.
Much more difficult having to keep moving and also having a man named Feliciani behind you breathing down your neck trying to pass you doesn't help.

I lost all my time with the snatch, they took me forever! But the workout felt great! I'm thinking of doing a little running with my lax girls today, I need to figure out something that will push them to RUN!
