Tomorrow morning sounds good, although I'm a bit sad I'll be missing step class! I just mapped out a 10 mi run on mapyourrun.com. I might take a stab at it this weekend...

Josh, Keith T.& myself did today's WOD. I was able to do 8 rds., Keith got 9 rds. on the 10 min. mark. Might be able to give a hand w/shed if not called into work.
