50 Jumping Pull ups
50 Kettlebell swings 35lbs
50 Double Unders
50 Push press 45lbs
50 Wall Balls
50 Burpees
50 Knees to Elbows
Walking lunges 50 Steps
50 Back extensions

Nothing like bathing in your own sweat. Knees to elbows were the limiting factor, but the double unders are an easy area to improve my time.

My lungs are still burning from the Row & Run 25 today. SHP were deadly at the end of the workout...Can't wait for a day off!
