WEBSITE WILL BE CHANGING OVER THIS WEEKEND. SORRY FOR ANY INTERRUPTIONS.

4-2-08 "Fight Gone Bad"

3 rounds of:

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)............... An exhausted bunch after the FGB!
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75lbs (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75lbs (Reps)
Row (Calories)

(If you do not have a rower complete 4 stations)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

The new style of the FGB is just as tough. Talk about fighting to stay alive through round 3. Nice job today group.

Good Work!
How come Mike and Kim look drenched and Tara and Josh don't have a drop of sweat on them?

It the white t shirt...makes you look like you sweat less...pehahps a psychological advantage over your opponent?
or maybe its age? I am older so I have more sweat glands.

Over 30 or should I say over 40 definitely doesn't help with the sweat factor.

Josh, so I guess that means the over 30 or 40 group is healthier than those under 30 from sweating out all those impurities...
Did the FRAN 115LB IN 7:18 VERY HARD. Couldn't do FGB no wall ball & rower so I did just sumo,boxjump,pushpress- 66,64,60.

Did my FGB at home without a rower and only had 65on the bar for press and sumo high pulls.
