Today was the final workout as a group at Indian Valley. It was a bit sad. Mike and Josh are headed to the High School next year leaving only part of the group at Valley next year. This separation will not stop us from crossfitting together in the future. Here is a video looking back at all of our good times and memories at Indian Valley where Crossfit Apex all began only 6 months ago.

Unfortunately I can only get a third of the video published. There are alot more pictures and texts that go along with the already published video. I will keep working on it to see if I can fix it. 3-2-1-Go!
