Workout of the Day
Saturday's "Fairfax"
We had a good showing today with a few new faces! This WOD turned out to be a long haul (30min) Thats long for CrossFit. Way to stay with it, the sweat showed how hardyou worked. There is alot to be said about your clean and jerks. 60 reps mixed with 4 other exercises along the way can make it difficult to keep good form. This was not a problem for many of you. Great Job. Enjoy tomorrow Rest Day!!
