It's 5am and we are getting ready to go to the ranch. The anticipation is growing despite the belly full of Mexican food that hasn't departed the system yet. Josh and Tanya are both nervous and excited at the same time. The day is going to be long, but they both know it will only be a little bit of pain. The weather is perfect and I'm looking forward to seeing all the CF elite perform.
we're watching the blogs closely. looking for updates. can't wait to hear all about it!! the time zone difference makes it even harder to wait. it's so exciting :-)

The first round results are posted at games.crossfit.com. Tanya has the #3 womens time for the thrusters 5:55. Josh did 6:45 for the Thrusters
Wow...Everyone fran times are off. That Chest to bar must realy be messing with people. It seems like most competitors are 2 min behind thier regular Fran's.
Regardless, it looks like you guys are off to some solid starts! Keep up the hard work and look forward to hearing fro myou guys.
OMG, Round 2 results posted and its really tight at the top. Tanya has 4th overall in the thrusters and 5th overall in the deadlifts.....with 2 rounds posted. Only one more round of competitors left to go through the different events and she only has the run left.
Josh finished his second round with a phenominal time for the deadlifts. Really hanging with the big names on that. Only the run left for him as well.
