Due to a shortage of equipment we will be moving from Franconia Park this Saturday 8/30 to Montco Gym in Hatfield. This Saturday is still a FREE WORKOUT so bring a family member and/or a friend to try CrossFit. Directions can be located on our side bar under Crossfit Apex Classes, Our Locations, Montco Gym.
