SATURDAY MORNING "GRACE"

This dreary early Saturday morning rain did not have an effect on APEX Crossfitters and their intensity with GRACE. We saw astounding performances from each and every individual. If you had driven by Montco you would have heard screaming and yelling vibrating off of the walls. The nerves in the atmosphere prior to 3-2-1- GO didn't affect the performances of our athletes! The crowd a'watching gave that rush of adrenaline helping to produce outstanding results. Many PR's, Keith and Tanya both Rx'd went sub 2min and Elaine, 51/F, showed heart and determination with a new PR of 4:21 with 65lb. Our new comers Paul Sr, and Angie welcome to Crossfit and we hope to see you again soon. What a great way to finish our week of Benchmark WOD's and Congratulations to those of you who PR'd this morning.
