First off if you are going to complete globo gym exercises get it right. You shouldn't have the same side leg in the air. What is he thinking?

The action looks like a dumbell row....but im really thrown off by the leg. So it makes me think im wrong?

Either way, it looks like we should start incorporating it into our wods. I mean, that move BEAMS intensity!
