FIRST INTRO CLASS FOR APEX
We had 4 brave individuals show up tonight for a CrossFit WOD. Each and everyone of them successfully completed their exercises without throwing in the towel. We saw good technique and lots of intensity. Great Job Kelly, Arlene, Christine and Paul on your first Intro Class. See ya again soon!
