Huge improvements
Karen has put in the hard work with APEX and the results have shown here. Karen's original 1 rep max deadlift was 135lbs. Tonight we attempted a 5 rep max deadlift and Karen was able to pull 155lbs 5 times. That is a serious improvement. Keep up the great work Karen.
