Get out your notebooks...it's "YOU PICK IT" time!

Is there a workout you haven't seen for a while or one that you would love to repeat to compare yourself against? Well here's your chance to get your re-do repeat wod. All you have to do is send me the workout and date we did it last via email to crossfitapex@yahoo.com and you will start seeing these magically appear in our programming. (If there is a specific day/s during the week you aren't able to make it to class please let me know that as well and I will try my best to accomodate.) Also, if the workout doesn't have a name and you are feeling creative, please go ahead and name it! Please look back at least 2 months or more when making your selections.

Again here's what I need in the email.
  • The workout
  • The date you did it last
  • A creative name
  • Your time/score that you are hoping to beat
  • Any scheduling conflicts for programming purposes

oh, so much homework... I have 3 notebooks...I don't ever remember doing one with turkish getups and OHS...I'll have to see what I can dig up
