

Happy New Year
Its now 2011 some of you have been CrossFitting for over 1 year, some of you have just learned how to air squat. No matter your abilities and knowledge with CrossFit we all set goals and benchmarks which we attempt to achieve. Hopefully each of you have your own way to track your progress. We are going to ask each of you to fill out a GOALS sheet. These sheets will let the trainers see your goals as well as be a reminder to yourself why you continually CrossFit each and every week. You may fill out this sheet and hand it to a Trainer at Apex, you also have the opportunity to sit with a Trainer if you would like for a short discussion about your goals. Please let us know if you would like to discuss your goals and we can talk one on one following one of your workouts.

1. Short term goal: Go from two cell phones to one.
2. Current limitations: I'd feel bad using just the work phone for personal calls, but I'm too greedy to allow all work calls to go to my personal cell.
3. Mid term goal: Reduce my amount of email accounts.
4. Current limitations: I need to keep several abandoned addresses active for spam and old relatives that think forwards and chain emails are trendy.
5. Long term goals: Do less laundry and wear more deoderant.
6. Current limitations: Disapproving wife
