Our CrossFit Apex Kids are learning to do pistols (1 leg squats).
We already have 4 kids in the pistol club. In order to join the club your hip joint must go below parallel then stand tall on the same leg, opposite leg may not touch the floor. You must complete a pistol with both legs.
Here is a video of Aaron with 2 perfect pistols 1 on each leg.
