Nutrition Week 2 Update
We are about half way through...how's everyone holding up? Great stuff is happening in your body, keep on staying strong! What have you been struggling with or how has two been different than week one? Let us know in comments....

And the third one.....well let's just say not everyone has had a clean week 2! Oh and I think this was still only week 1 for him!!!!! (by the way the entire half gallon is GONE and I didn't even smell it!) For any of you who remember the "Pregnant Tanya at Sonic" video, this is payback!

Bek has been Awesome with creating dairy, sugar and gluten free dinners along with whipping up some tasty paleo bars, but I just can't satisfy the hunger within....Anyone have a Snickers?

Bus are you taking in enough cals? Maybe play around with the fat ratio? I was absolutley dying the whole first week and then increased the fat slightly and my body finally shifted gears and I now feel great. Not sure if it was the increased fat or I just shifted out of detox mode. Stay with it!
Bus, I did the same thing Shanna did, and increased the fat/carb ratio and it helped tremendously! I don't feel hungry anymore.
Guacamole? Almond Butter?
How about rice? (Not sure how Paleo you are going.)

I told Tanya this morning that I'm cheating on Thanksgiving, then getting my challenge back on till Christmas. Giving me about 60 days worth of no sugar.
Anyone else in? I heard a couple of yes's this morning... so, after you got to think about it, are you still?
I'm not the only one who cheated! And he was even making fun of me for cheating a few days in...
I'm going to try and make some recipes on the wiki sites along with the Paleo bars. They look great :)

Julia....I'm in with you for another round of no sugar. However I'm not gonna be able to pass up on some tasty cold beverages for another month!
Thunder Russ...I like the tasty cold beverages too! (That'd be hard with the holidays to give up and all the christmas/holiday parties coming up!)
The no sugar will be hard, but doable still though. And I may escape the 10lbs gift I get each holiday season without it! ;) LOL!
So, I did wind up cheating on my drive yesterday. Earning my silver sneaker status. Nothing too serious, protein bar, Angie's banana muffins (that had chocolate chips in it!), and a few caffeine laden ( fake bad sugar) drinks. But alas they are against my no- no list. Question... I don't have a pull up bar to do gi Janes... Do 50 burpees count?
So, today I literally walked out of my house, up my street, and up a mountain. Tomorrow maybe I'll run up.... About 800 m road and 400 m trail.
