St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner and that means it's time to plant peas.
For all of you meat and veggie eaters out there, home gardens are a great way to ensure you always have yummy fresh veggies on hand. The tricky part for me is knowing when to plant what vegetable? Julia found an article from the NY Times that will stick in my mind for when to plant peas.

Thats funny....I don't associate St.Patrick's Day with Veggies?
Speaking of St. Patrick's Day, if anyone is interested in post WOD debriefing after 12.4 on Saturday, please feel free to bring in some treats and chairs. Apex does not have any PT's or a 10 am class on Saturday.
What will 12.4 hold? Front Squats, OHS, Thrusters, Wallballs, DU's, Power Cleans, Dead-lifts, Pullups or MU's?
You forgot HSPU's. Please no OHS!!!
Please no Wall Balls or MUs, although it would be cool to get my first MU in the WOD!
I would be willing to pay ANYONE to grow veggies for me...I have the blackest thumb known to man.
I only have success with Cactus, since I only have to water it when I remember. :-)
my mom and I planted are peas today with a friend. we had a great and easy time.

So much for no wall balls and muscle ups! do reps count? I didn't read that far, I was so dumbfounded. LOL
