This Grand Opening is open to all family and friends of CrossFit Apex as well as anyone interested in trying their own CrossFit workout for the first time. If your not interested in working out and want to come experience the atmosphere you are welcome as well.
Attendance to this event is FREE
Introductory Adult Wod for all adults will begin at 11:30am
Introductory Juniors Wod for all Junior crossfitters ages 11-16 will be at 1:00pm (All kids must be accompanied by an adult - If parent can not make grand opening please email for a waiver)
*All exercises and activities will be scalable for all levels.
This day is for all to come and enjoy the new home of CrossFit Apex. Feel free to bring food and refreshments. (Apex will supply Beer, Water and Burgers) We look forward to having our members as well as friends who just can't manage to get in the door themselves. Here is your opportunity. See you Saturday, September 1st. Please feel free to bring your pop up tents and chairs.
