What is it?
The Battle of the Sexes is a two week competition between the Males and Females Apex.
When?
The competition will start Monday, Sept. 3rd. and run until Monday, Sept. 17th.
Logistics:
Apex will provide a SCALED WOD and RX WOD for each day of the competition. You will have the opportunity to decide which version you pick. At the conclusion of the day, the top 3 scores from each division will be tallied and totaled for each sex. One gender will be awarded the win for the day based on the top scores. The team with the most wins following the 2 weeks will be crowned the Fittest Sex at Apex
Winner?
What should the winners receive? Well that's where you come into play. The consequence will be created by the winning team. The entire team must be in agreement on the consequence and also must be approved by Tanya, Josh and Keith. You can post your ideas to the comments below!
Rule Change/Add-On:
If you miss a wod and would like to make it up....You may come in on Sunday (Open Gym) of the same week and complete the wod. Your score may replace a top score from earlier in the week.
However, NO REDO's will be excepted as a top score

I think the winners should have to set the bars of the opposite genders all week for losing. Big incentive to step up your game for the next 2 weeks.

Well, since I have complete confidence that the females will dominate this competition, I'd say the fellas should set AND clear our bars. Might us well raise the stakes.
Teresa is not only wise but smart. I'd say she's on to something about women taking this.
