Got Goals?



Why do you work so hard at Apex? What’s your motivation? Do you have goals? If not, why? Goal setting is an extremely powerful process for thinking about your future in life and in the gym. Let’s turn those visions into reality! Apex has a homework assignment for you! Create 3 clearly defined goals, that you can measure and take pride in the achievement of those goals!   
3 Easy Steps in Goal Setting :
Step 1- Choose a big picture goal, something that is specific, measurable, attainable and rewarding. Your big picture goal should be obtainable within a year.
Step 2- Create 2 smaller goals or stepping stones to help you goal. This would be your 3 and 6 month goals.
Step 3- What things can you put into place to help you reach these goals.

How do I get started?
Please complete a goal sheet; they are located on the “Sign-In” table at Apex. Take your time completing the form, your goals should be meaningful and obtainable! Once your form is complete, place them in the GOAL BOOK, which will also be placed on the “Sign-In” table.
Once you complete a goal, notify Coach Bussom!
