Which gender is most dominant?
This debate has been going on for generations. Apex has taken upon themselves to answer this age old quesiton once and for all. Both sexes have been battling it out in a true test of fitness.
The men jumped out to an early lead, only to be caught and passed by the females. Once the dust settled after 12 strenuos wod's, we found the two teams deadlocked at 6 victoies apiece.
This Saturday in one of Apex's most epic WOD's, one sex will be crowned the victor while the other falls in defeat! Will you be part of this most epic WOD and give everything you have to make sure your sex is crowned most dominant? You will need all the support you can get from each gender.
What's on the line?
The losing sex will act as servers to the winning sex in a Roman Banquet stlye luncheon. Date To Be Announced.

Wow..so intense! It sounds like the CrossFit Games, I love it. Petersen's will not be there at all:( In New York for a baseball tournament and in Devon for soccer...boo! Go get em girls! The boys are scared!!!!
Is this going to be a team wod or like all other wods, individual but scored as a team??
Time to put this competition to rest! It's been so much fun and totally motivating. Despite the winner, what a great opportunity it is to workout for results that are greater than just yourself! It's been inspiring to see everyone work hard and really get into this competition...especially those who came in on those Sundays to pick up points for both teams! With that in mind, can't wait for this final wod on Saturday!!!
I'll be in ATL closing on the new house but I wish the ladies much strength, power, and speed.

If you are able we would like to run this event until 9:30am. For those of you not able to stay beyond 9:30 no problem we will still need your effort:)
I won't be able to stay until 9:30. Lauren has soccer, that I am already taking her late to because I have to do my part in winning this WOD.
