Thanksgiving Week Schedule

This week will be a repeat of Cartoon Week with a Hero Wod for Thanksgiving, Thursday. Thursday's Wod will be "Clovis". We are revealing the wod now so many of you have the opportunity to mentally prepare or if its just so your prepared with your running shoes on Thursday. Clovis is a 10 mile run with 150 burpee pull ups. There will be a 1hour and 45min time cap and you may partition the workout into whatever chunks you'd prefer. We hope to see you there.

Monday 7pm Games Prep Class moved from Tuesday to Monday this week ONLY
Thursday's  group class 7am-9am
Friday's  group class 8:30am - 9:30am,  junior class 10am - 11am

How may we partition the workout? half reps?

However you'd like: 5rds 25 burpee pull ups- 2mile run, 3rds 50 burpee pull ups- 3.3mile run,10 rounds 15 burpee pull ups- 1 mile run. 1rd 10mile run- 150 burpee pull ups These are just a few suggestions.

If we want to complete the WOD tomorrow but are unsure if it can be accomplished in the 1:45 time cap, is there a suggested approach to the workout (starting early/finishing late)?
