That was a jouney. I thought we were killing it, but the double unders instead of ring rows added a bit of time. I'm getting better at them though.

This was a killer! did you say double unders INSTEAD of ring rows? I did them both...and I think I have a touch of Rhabdo :( but that's ok cause it's the weekend :)

I thought it would never end. Did all exercise listed as well, turkish get-ups killer(20), single j-rope double amount,thrusters 95lb 33:59. Thrus. Push-Pull 17:16
