Today felt great, heck of a lot better than yesterday! Looking forward to the weekend... 7 1/2 hours to go!
That was a jouney. I thought we were killing it, but the double unders instead of ring rows added a bit of time. I'm getting better at them though.

i thought that was pretty tough. My shoulders were just dead at the end. 27:49
