- "Do Not run Heal to Toe"
- Land on the middle of your foot and transition to the ball of your foot (when finished running your calves should have completed a lot of the work)
- Look straight ahead (should not be able to see your foot/toe during strides)
- Tighten your abs but continue to breathe
- Torso should be slightly leaning forward (Let gravity pull your body, let your legs catch you)
- Concentrate on pulling up your back foot rather than pushing off and straighting your back leg. (Both knees should remain slightly bent during an entire run)
- Back foot should be relaxed when elevated from the ground
- Mid running stance should resemble a Figure-4 within 1-2 camera frames after your back foot has left the ground on the pull
- Arms should remain close to the body with a relaxed swing (relaxed shoulders, cover your boobs)
Its Best to video yourself then watch it in slow motion moving 1 frame at a time to see your technique.
Tanya and Josh Filmed there run then critiqued it themselves.
