our official grand opening and celebration this Saturday the 11th.
We will have a Free WOD for all (first timer* or seasoned vet) starting at 9am
*we will scale to your ability level if it is your first
time with us.
Immediately following the workout please stay for fun, food, and games! We will be having a potluck brunch. If you plan to stay please bring something to share. Please sign up here in comments. Some ideas: fruit, quiche, egg bake, sausage, yogurt, hard boil eggs etc. (bagels, muffins and donuts will be permitted too shhh :) or anything else you can think of.

Sorry to all that attended Monday's WOD, I told you all normal time on Saturday...oops.....it's a 9am WOD.

I'm planning on coming, but I can't figure out what I'm bringing, so it'll just have to be a surprise!
I'm going to test drive a Paleo sushi recipe, if it's an epic fail I will bring some sort of stuffed veggies.

I third the Mimosas. Teresa you are brilliant.
We've got the coffee, turkey sausages, bagels and cream cheese (shhhh) and bananas.
We have plates, napkins and utensils at the box, but if your dish needs a serving spoon or knife, please bring one :)
